Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Live Cricket Sales. We take great care to ensure your live crickets arrive in healthy condition. However, due to the perishable nature of live insects, our refund and return policy is tailored specifically for live product shipping.

Live Arrival Warranty

We offer a Live Arrival Warranty for all cricket orders that meet the following conditions:

Orders are overpacked by 20% to account for natural losses during transit
If more than 20% of your crickets arrive dead or damaged, and the issue is not caused by customer negligence, we may offer a partial or full refund (excluding shipping)

To be eligible for a refund:

You must contact us on the same day of delivery
You must include clear photos or a video of the issue
You must provide your order number and delivery details

Important Exceptions

❗ Please note: The conditions below may void your Live Arrival Warranty.

Refunds will not be issued if:

Daytime temperatures at the recipient’s location exceeded 34°C or dropped below 6°C during the week of delivery
The package was left uncollected at the Post Office or delivery location for an extended period
The order was damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to biosecurity and ethical handling, we do not accept returns of live crickets under any circumstances.
Please do not ship any live insects back to us.

Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
