If your crickets arrive damaged, please send us a clear photo or video on the day of delivery to be eligible for a refund under our Live Arrival Warranty.
Shipping Times
We ship live cricket orders every Monday and Tuesday. Orders must be placed by 8AM Tuesday to be included in the same week’s shipment. Shipping is available to QLD, NSW, VIC, and SA only.
